Shipping & Refund Policy

We offer a one-time exchange in the following cases:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged or defective product (must be verified with a 360-degree video at the time of unboxing)

⚠️ Note: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.


📦 Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange is available only for the same product.

  • Product must be unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • A 360-degree video is mandatory for damaged/defective product claims.


💰 Exchange Charges

  • For a single t-shirt, a flat fee of ₹200 is applicable (Pan India).

  • For multiple items, shipping will be calculated based on weight and location — we’ll inform you of the exact charges before proceeding.

  • Winter collection may have different charges (to be confirmed during the request).

  • We will arrange both pickup and drop for the exchange.
